Time                    :               9.00 a.m. – Regisration

                                                9:30 a.m – Meeting start

Location            :               VIOBA Clubhouse (Hybrid attendance available via        

Google Meet)

The business to be considered at the Meeting is set out below:-

• To ratify the holding of the 92^nd Annual General Meeting Minutes on 16^th August 2026and all ensuing proceedings;

• To confirm the 91^st Annual General Meeting Minutes held on 27^th June 2025;

• To receive the President’s Annual Report;

• To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for year ending 31^st December 2025

• To transact any other business of which notice has been given.
